Party Hire Basics

  • Party Hire is strictly for domestic use only

  • Party Hire is strictly for 1 week only unless agreed otherwise

  • A fine will apply if you are late in returning your items

  • Collection - 10.30am to 11.30am Thursdays or Saturdays

  • Returns - 9.30am to 10.00am Thursdays or Saturdays

  • Or by prior arrangement

How to Book Party Hire

  • Check availability for your required date

  • Add your hire items to the shopping basket and pay online to secure your booking

  • You will receive a notification from our booking system confirming your booking

Party Hire Catalogue & Online Booking

Brisbane South Toy Library Party Hire - Terms & Conditions

    • Hire is for a one week period.

    • You MUST pickup and return the item on the date and time confirmed unless otherwise arranged in advance.

    • Where supplied, you must read the Instruction Manual before setting up.

    • Please clean before returning. A damp, soapy sponge will take off dirt. Items must be fully dry before packing away.

    • Bond - A security bond is payable. Refer to pricing as bond amounts differ depending on the item you are hiring. Bonds paid by card are refunded via bank transfer within 7-10 days after items are returned in good order and checked.

    • Overdues - If toys are not returned within the time-frame specified, an overdue fee representing the hire cost of the item/party pack will be charged. For example, if a party pack costs $30 to hire, the overdue fee will be $30.

    • Once you have hired the item, you have 4 hours to report any damage or issues before it becomes your responsibility (please set up as soon as possible).

    • Any damage or lost items that occur during your hire is your responsibility, and if so, please act immediately and report the damage to our Toy Library via Facebook direct message (DM) or email.

    • This damage will need to be fixed by you and if it is unable to be fixed, the item will need to be replaced at your own expense.
